Lizzy offers regular yoga classes for all around Northamptonshire. With over 15 years experience her yoga classes are accessible to all abilities from beginners to those with more experience. She also teaches yoga for pregnancy and post natal yoga for mothers and babies.

Price every 4 weeks or pcm by standing order to include recordings* Classes every week of the year. 4 weeks a year there will be no live classes but recordings of some past classes will be made available. If I am sick then recordings will be made available.
£20 One live class and recording per week for 4 weeks or month
£35 for all live classes and recordings per month or
£12 for all live classes and recordings for one week
*recordings will be available for the rest of the
day for morning classes, and until the end of
the next day for evening classes.
£7 drop in class including recording valid for 24hours
Throughout the week classes on Mon, Wed, Thu
and Fri remain similar, the repetition and familiarity allowing for a deeper more relaxed
practice. Short stretch and release on a Tues
or Sat **will vary.
* *Saturday session is a gentle release and stretch
followed by yoga nidra, this will run 1-2 times a
month. Please check with me to confirm dates.
